All your leanings from whatever courses you have done on the content of exercise, diet, etc will fall in place. You will see for yourself how a new life infuses into your known tools and techniques. This will further enable you to customize the methods you know and keep those that work for you eliminating the others using the Pareto Principle. The technology of ‘Deliberate Practice ” will help you sharpen your relevant skills thereby shifting you from a “tick-box” experience counter to a real-time result generator.

Until recently, the practice of emotional management was limited to academic researchers for study and monks/ select few athletes for practice. Fields such as Emotional Intelligence (EI), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) have been around for decades, but haven’t really been accessible to the rest of us. In creating this program, I was a certified ACT / CBT/ certified read countless academic papers and research reports, so you don’t have to. I borrowed the very best techniques from these disciplines and combined them into an integrated system designed for you to use.

Which kind of trackers and mobile apps do you recommend?

Although the examples we show are for the popular trackers like myfittnesspal, headspace, Sleep watch, etc students have built their Health management System using …..many others. Don’t worry! I have recommendations for which of these is right for you, plus a dedicated thread for each of them where active users talk about their experience and answer questions. I do have one strong recommendation: that you stick to whatever is easy to use for you.

How much time will this take?

The program is designed to take 7 weeks from beginning to end. Each of the 7 live sessions will take approximately 60 minutes. Then there are daily activities to be completed as per the R&M Daily Ritual Game. This should not take more than 15 mins every day. Weekly Assignments will take around 2-3 hours a week. The amount of time needed for implementation varies a lot, but it is something that can be done initially during the program, and then improved slowly over time as you get more comfortable with your new habits.
